Terms of Service 

1. Product Description

The Vision of Love planner is an Excel-based planning tool designed to help customers organize wedding-related details, including budgeting, guest lists, vendor information, timelines, tasks, and related planning information.

The product is delivered digitally and no physical product will be shipped.

2. Digital Delivery

After purchase, the customer will receive access to the digital wedding planner by download link, email, customer account, or other electronic delivery method.

The customer is responsible for providing a correct email address and ensuring they have access to the software or application needed to open and use the file.

3. No Refunds

Because this is a digital product that is delivered electronically, all sales are final.

Once the product has been purchased, downloaded, accessed, or delivered, no refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or credits will be provided.

Technical issues may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, but do not guarantee a refund.

4. Personal Use License

Purchase of the digital wedding planner grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for personal wedding planning purposes only.

The customer may make personal copies for their own use, but may not share, resell, distribute, reproduce, modify for resale, or otherwise commercially exploit the product.

5. Prohibited Use

Customers may not:

Copy, resell, redistribute, or share the digital planner with others;

Upload the product to file-sharing websites, marketplaces, public drives, or social media;

Claim the product as their own;

Modify the product and sell or distribute it as a new product;

Use the product for commercial planning services unless a separate commercial license is purchased.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, formatting, formulas, layouts, designs, templates, and related materials included in the digital wedding planner are owned by Weddings With MarcySK and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Purchase of the product does not transfer ownership of the product, design, formulas, templates, or intellectual property rights to the customer.

7. Compatibility

The digital wedding planner is intended for use with Microsoft Excel and may also work with compatible spreadsheet programs, depending on the customer’s software.

The seller does not guarantee full compatibility with all devices, operating systems, apps, or spreadsheet platforms, including Google Sheets, Numbers, mobile apps, or outdated Excel versions.

Customers should review compatibility requirements before purchasing.

8. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for entering accurate information into the planner and for reviewing all calculations, formulas, budgets, timelines, and planning details.

The planner is a tool for organization and convenience only. It does not replace professional wedding planning, financial, legal, tax, vendor, or event advice.

9. No Guarantees

The seller does not guarantee that use of the planner will result in a specific wedding outcome, cost savings, vendor result, timeline, budget, or planning experience.

The product is provided “as is” and “as available.”

10. Technical Support

The seller may provide limited technical support for download or access issues.

Support does not include customized wedding planning advice, spreadsheet customization, software troubleshooting, or instruction on how to use Microsoft Excel unless expressly stated in the product description.

11. Errors and Updates

The seller makes reasonable efforts to ensure the planner is accurate and functional. However, the seller does not guarantee that the product will be free from errors, omissions, broken formulas, or formatting issues.

The seller may update, revise, or discontinue the product at any time without notice. Purchase of one version does not guarantee access to future versions or updates unless expressly stated.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Weddings with MarcySK shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, download, use, or inability to use the digital wedding planner.

The seller’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product.

13. Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($) and are subject to change at any time.

Payment must be completed before the product is delivered. The seller is not responsible for fees, charges, or exchange rates imposed by payment processors, banks, or credit card companies.

14. Unauthorized Distribution

Unauthorized sharing, copying, resale, or distribution of the digital wedding planner is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The seller reserves the right to revoke access to the product if unauthorized use or distribution is suspected.

15. Privacy

Customer information collected during purchase will be handled according to the seller’s Privacy Policy.

The seller will not sell customer information, but may use customer contact information to process orders, deliver products, provide support, and send communications where permitted.

17. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be handled in the courts located in California, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

18. Changes to Terms

The seller reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time.

The terms in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that purchase.

By completing your purchase, you agree that this is a digital product, that all sales are final, and that you have read and accepted the Terms of Service and No Refund Policy.
